Standard warranty service Eligible repairs / replacement
After approval, courier the product to our service centre. Return shipping assistance may apply for faults reported on days 11–20 after purchase, up to ₹150. For later claims you pay the inbound courier; KINGSTER pays for the replacement shipment.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

1. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, water damage, burn damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

2. Warranty can transfer with the product when valid purchase proof is available. The remaining original warranty applies.

3. Warranty service requires proof of purchase. Please keep your invoice / bill safe.

4. Data loss during warranty service is not our responsibility. Back up any accessible data before sending the product. Data recovery is not included.

5. Warranty dates are checked against your purchase invoice or delivery record. Replacement does not restart the original warranty period.

6. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion. Replacement products may be refurbished units of equal value.
