Return / Replacement Claim

I confirm that the information and evidence provided in this claim are true and complete. I have read and agree to the KINGSTER Universal Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy. I understand that submitting a claim does not mean automatic approval — every claim is subject to verification and product inspection. I understand that data loss, physical damage and customer-induced damage are not covered, and that for storage products I must keep a separate backup of my data before sending the product, as diagnostic testing may erase stored data. I agree that misleading or fraudulent claims may be declined and reported.
